How to Play 🌿
🎯 Objective Food travels along a forest path. Place bird nests beside the path — birds will fly out and collect food matching their diet, bringing it back to the nest.
💸 Currency Each item of food collected earns you seeds 🌾. Spend seeds to buy new nests. Rarer birds cost more but collect more valuable food.
❌ Lose Condition If too much food reaches the end of the path uncollected, you lose the level. The bar at the top shows your remaining tolerance.
📈 Progression Complete waves to advance levels. Every few waves you get a Foraging Break — the action pauses and you can spend seeds on new nests before the next wave. Breaks become less frequent as levels get harder. The board grows bigger at levels 11 and 26.
🐦 Bird Tiers
Common — Sparrows, Finches · collect Seeds & Berries
Uncommon — Warblers, Wrens · collect Insects & Fruit
Nocturnal — Owls · collect at night, bonus currency
Lifer — Legendary birds · collect everything, highest value
🔄 Reset You can reset to level 1 at any time using the Reset button — your high score is always saved. Each reset generates a brand new set of maps.
💸 Selling Nests During any placement phase (level start or foraging break), tap a nest with a red ✕ badge to sell it back. You receive a full refund on easy levels, 75% on medium, and 50% on hard levels.
🔭 Birders Occasionally a bird watcher appears on the path — a larger unit requiring 2–5 specific birds to visit it before it clears. Each required bird must individually collect from the birder. If a birder escapes with birds still unvisited, each missed bird counts as a separate penalty against your escape limit. Fully cleared birders award large seed bonuses!
